All our watches are crafted with the greatest care for quality. To prove our sincerity, we commit to repairing your watch in case of a hidden defect or flaw.
If repair is necessary, we will have your watch examined to determine the cause of the defect. If it is an error on our part, the warranty against hidden defects applies and we will take care of the repair of your watch.
This warranty does not apply to watches that have been modified or worked on in a workshop other than Vander Avort's.

Every piece of jewelry is crafted from 18 karat gold (yellow, white or rose), with a precise indication of the purity (AU750) in the watch.
Gemstones
Diamonds and gemstones are individually assessed for their quality and characteristics, such as color, clarity, cut and carat weight.
Craftsmanship
The certificate confirms that the piece of jewelry has been designed and finished according to the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
Authentic care
To preserve the integrity of your watch, we advise you to have repairs and adjustments performed exclusively by the Vander Avort workshop.
When your watch is modified or repaired by another jeweler or watchmaker, our warranty expires.
If your watch requires a repair or adjustment that is not due to a hidden defect (such as a shock, a scratch, a necessary refresh of the case or bracelet), this will be charged according to the quote prepared by our workshop.
Even years after purchase, you can come to us for maintenance or repair. You only need to contact us. Upon receipt of your watch, we will provide you with a proof of deposit. It will then be carefully examined, after which we will provide you with a detailed quote for the repair costs.
Upon your approval, our workshop carries out the work with the greatest care. As soon as the watch is ready, you will automatically receive a message that it can be picked up.
